Our Return Policy
At Solarz Labz, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
- Free from damage caused by the customer
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used supplement products.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at sebastian@solarzlabz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sebastian@solarzlabz.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.
